- Some staff were really helpful, some staff were not helpful - Food was poor. - Medication was missing days with different reasons given. - OT department was excellent - Took 18 days to get a blood team.

- Better communicaton. - Clean rooms more regularly. - Healthier food options. Put a toilet seat on toilet in my room. - Turn TV off at night.
