There is some great nurses, who I really warmed too and they made an effort. But some seemed not to care at all!! Mainly night shift OT's are great!
Suggested improvements
Do not wear masks, one to one's with a dedicated nurse. Better communication teach certain people a bedside manner. No point in covid isolation?
Do not dismiss people who look well! Better gym access.
Main area's to echoey. Area with pool table needs opeining up to be more social.
