Because the RIMS is very good and has mostly reduced my anxiety and the staff are all excellent and caring and a credit to the NHS.
Suggested improvements
Change the 24 DAYS and patient health questionnaire as they do not make sense.

Thank you for your review, we really appreciate your time. We will take on board your comments about the questionnaires we are always looking to improving our service. It is challenging to find approved questionnaires that meet service and clinical requirements.
