Meadowbank team work to make sure your length of stay on the unit is sufficient to receive all the treatment necessary to ensure your discharge to the community is successful and prevents return to hospital. We aim to identify and provide treatment within the shortest possible time. Sometimes processes for discharge and transition can be held up, however the team will endeavour to make plans run as smoothly as possible.
