Because I was attached the other day by another peer, the staff dealt with straight aay I am cared for with compassion, professionalism and supported since the day I arrived on the work. Treated with respect.
Suggested improvements
Keep a rota, and a system because I would like to be informed if there are any changes if you say something to me, then keep you take pride in your job.

Thank you for your comment. The team endeavour to make sure all information is shared with you in a timely manner. Sorry if you feel you have not been regularly informed of any changes. We will make sure this issue is discussed at Meadowbanks weekly co-production meeting so you and others on the ward can advise how we can improve in this area. Thank you also for your comment about staff taking pride in their job. Our commitment to ensure staff are valued is important for good patient care and to make sure patients experience is positive.
