Staff are very kind and caring. They aid you in your process of getting out of hospital.

Suggested improvements
I feel that we could have more say on the medication that we are given sometimes we don't have a choice.

The person making this comment is absolutely correct. Unfortunately sometimes patients detained under the MHA for treatment do not have a choice. Every effort is made to negotiate, educate and reach agreement. However on some occasions , as a result of a person’s lack of insight the team do have to prescribe treatment regimes without the patients consent under the auspices of the 1983 Mental Health Act.
