I have found more staff on Marina very helpful. However, the following staff stand out to me. Mary - kind and caring nurse. However does seem to lack confidence in herself for example one medication round she asked me if I minded going back outside to wait while she dispensing my medication as she felt nervous dispensing medication whilst the patient was waiting. This I found quite odd behavior as I then began to feel she wasn't competent in what she was doing. However I did stay in the room silently so she could concentrate and all was well. Many in are approachable and easy to talk to.
