Very friendly and aware of patient's needs.
Making sure I was comfortable and explained everything that was going on.
The lady Helen is a real credit to the NHS. I have to say from Mr Chacko to Helen and the whole clinic, I was very impressed with patient.

Very quick OPD appointment, after seeing the GP. All the staff are very caring and helpful. I am very glad to have cardiac investigation here. Once again thank you very much to all staff and Dr Cook for making this depth.

Nurses seem efficient in doing their jobs but seem to be always busy would like to see more nurses.
All the other staff, that I was in contact with were satisfactory.
