Very friendly and aware of patient's needs.
Making sure I was comfortable and explained everything that was going on.
The lady Helen is a real credit to the NHS. I have to say from Mr Chacko to Helen and the whole clinic, I was very impressed with patient.
My care was very good Helen was very kind and explained every step of the way, and straight away put me at ease.
I was referred promptly to cardiology by GP and was pleasantly surprised how quick the appt. came through.

Nurses seem efficient in doing their jobs but seem to be always busy would like to see more nurses.
All the other staff, that I was in contact with were satisfactory.
