All staff exept X ray were fantastic
There was no understanding by the staff - they made me feel like there was nothing wrong with me. I was told if I was not crawling on the floor and screaming then I wasn't in pain. I think they need to learn about empathy and that every person is an individual. I was told there was nothing wrong with me.
Staff are very caring to everyone and understanding whatever your needs whether physical or emotional. Ensuring you are informed at all times. Changing my specialist for my condition as he has new ideas and feel after 20 years change is needed
Have had excellent care. All staff have been caring and helpful I couldn't have asked for better care. The meals were all very good and choices were appropriate.
The one negative was the automatic airfreshener which added to my distress with sensitised air ways due to asthma
Excellent no improvement needed. We have an NHS the envy of the world and we want to keep it!
Nurses on days are nice and helpful I think the night staff could be improved as they refuse to turn tv or lights off before 11.30pm I was very stressed as I couldnt sleep
Excellent care in the emergency dept, very kind + caring staff, saved me having to come into hospital. Thank you!
