We were kept up to date of what will be happening next. The dept was very busy and had to wait a long time, this was however understandable. Offered a cup of tea which was very welcome.

Myself as the patient and my mother were treated very well. Due to my injuries I was seen almost imediately. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The only good experience of going to A&E is going through the exit!
