I think the staff of the ACT ward have been so good to Mrs Brookes and yes I would recommend the hospital to any of my friends or family and I think you are all doing a great job. Thank your, Mrs Brookes
I would think that your staff are professionals and they do hold a high level of knowledge and care.
There is nothing to improve from health- core wise but I would think TV service should be free.
Special thanks and regards to Angi Lauren and Chris.

- Very attentive staff. Efficient routines.
- Excellent expertise shown at all levels.
- If there is any way to reduce noise levels (buzzers/ beeps/ phones) that would be welcome.
Staff very kind.
Waiting for pain killers but staff very busy.
I was not left alone for long periods.
The visits by medical staff were informative and advice was clearly given.
