Delivery of information very helpful, clear and relevant. Calm with an element of humor that put us both at ease.
Midwife care exceptionally good in community and on labour ward.
The new triage system is very poor, because there is no privacy!
Waiting list is extremely long winded to queue and go on a waiting list to be seen by a nurse (triage) for over 1 and half hours and then wait further to be seen by a doctor is alarming, this service is below standards. I have never had this terrible service other hospitals in the region. I will not return here again.
Very worried about my son- 3hrs without being seen/reviewed/any testing- 2 separate head injuries and I had to ask in three separate occasions if anyone could help us before being seen. Is a parent, I feel this was inappropriate at best and negligent at worst.
Staff were very friendly and helpful did everything they could to make me comfortable. Was updated on condition.
Friendly staff, very caring.
The room I was in was quite cold.
Nothing was too much trouble for staff i.e. bringing drinks etc.
I was expecting a long wait due to recent publicity, concerning waiting times, in A and E I was pleasantly surprised at the speed at which I was attended to. Brilliant, well done!
Friendly staff.
Always there to listen to any problems or concerns you have always tried there best to help you and advices you.
