Obviously the main problem is shortage of staff. The majority of the staff are extremely sympathetic and caring. However an accident to older people is very traumatic and the shock of being in hospital makes them confused and encouragement to achieve every day tasks would help.

Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff on the ward. I was made extremely comfortable. The staff run a very busy ward with queit efficiency and much caring. They are a credit to the hospital. Thank you so much.
