Staff very good.
Extremely good care, as the family we are so grateful for all you have done for mum, everyone has been most helpful. Thank you.
Nurses brilliant.
Greeted with a friendly face. Staff are overworked and underpaid for what they do.
Came straight in and was seen straight away.
Only worry was that we may have had to go to Doncaster to which is not good be glad when re-open children's ward.
Staff were so friendly and supportive throughout my stay. Nothing was too much trouble. My nurse looking after me Emma was amazing. So caring and helpful. Thank you.
I used the park and ride last week was told where to park. It was really muddy and I did say to the two people directing, "Am I going to have trouble getting out?" On arriving back they wouldn't help me and told me to call out the breakdown service. I don't have a phone. They said it was nothing to do with them. Luckily for me two kind staff at the racecourse reception came to my aid, two hours late, with a very muddy car I was able to go home my husband was not very pleased when he saw the state of me and his car.
My care was exceptional. The staff were all absolute stars. I could not have got better treatment in a private clinic.
First class.
