Explained how my brace will work and explained everything
The gentleman we saw for my twins was so lovely! And super cheerful! Made the appointment so much easier
Quick on time and was able to sort out my issue
Efficient, knowledgeable and helpful staff
Absolute joke of an appointment. We drove all the way to Bassetlaw Hospital which is 45 minutes away, and when we went into our appointment the person seeing us wasn’t even our Doctor listed on our appointment letter. We must’ve been sat down for 30 seconds before the appointment concluded, and the ‘doctor’ we saw had a very unconcerned, indifferent expression on his face, not asking any questions or responding to any of ours professionally. Just as we were called in, we were told the appointment is over. He did absolutely no assessments and simply raised my mothers arm up and down a couple times, which her psychotherapist already does, only he does a more thorough examination. That was it, he told us we could go and as we left we wondered why this appointment was even made and what the point was to make us drive that far for 1) a doctor we don’t recognise and 2) an absolute waste of time. There was also someone in the waiting room browsing through TikTok on their phone VERY loudly to the point where some elderly people may not even hear their names being called, and none of the staff cared. What a joke of a hospital.
My appointment was on time and John the orthotist was excellent and explained really well what I needed and what course of action I should take
I had to wait 10 months for my appointment which has adversely affected the result of my foot operation. This is ridiculous. Thousands of pounds of the NHS's money wasted for a 15 minute appointment. I only got my appointment after making a complaint and then I was given a cancellation.
Once I was offered the appointment I was notified by my Doctor and the Clinic.
I was seen earlier than the appointed time. The Clinician greeted me with a smile and introduced himself. He made me feel at ease and explained what was happening at all stages.
I was very happy with the appointment.
The consultant was polite, courteous and saw me before my appointment time which was brilliant as I had taken an hour off work for the appointment. Everything was explained which was appreciated.
The Dr was very pleasant she was actually lovely, she was patient, caring and very compassionate. Definitely would loved her to test my child again for her eyes
It was for this appointment
