All the staff I met during my stay in Ward B5 were friendly and efficient and did their utmost to help me feel more comfortable. Although it was obviously a busy ward, they managed to answer any questions I had or help me with any difficulties in moving around. I was kept fully informed of the progress of my treatment, and what was liable to follow. As a stranger to the area, it was an example of how good the NHS is when you have such a dedicated and friendly group of workers in every discipline. Thank you all - Keep up the good work.
