Pleasant and clear instructions. Waited 2 hrs from x-ray to be seen by Dr. Whist in the examination to the corridor therefore lack of privacy. Then someone wandered into the room to look through the cupboard whilst the Dr was going through alternative treatments. (non-clinical person). Complete disregard for Dr-patient privacy.

I had a very good experience today. However, in future I would like to see my patient from details correctly introduced into your computer. Today, my first name was incorrect, along with my date of birth and GP details. On my blue form was also missing my NHS number.
