Missed initial call from waiting area to clinic. Call up could be more decisive perhaps:-
a) Reception could advise which clinic has taken case.
b) Reception could allocate a waiting number.
c) Call up through localised public address.
d) I initially missed a timid call from an unseen student on opposite clinic entrance.

I had a fall and suffered from a minor injury . I went to A&E due to concerns of my painful right shoulder. Very friendly staff from reception, triage nurse, X-Ray technician and Doctor. The whole process was 3hours which is pretty reasonable for a minor injury, very pleasant experience and I can't praise them more.

A general comment regarding the appointment procedure. I only received a text message, no written correspondence was received. Grateful and processes can be put in place to ensure patients receive letters detailing their appointment in good time quickly I was able to reschedule my meetings for today at short notice.

There is concern and good care from all staff including the specialist. I'm very grateful from the service I have been getting here over the years.
