Receptionists have been brilliant, delivered excellent customer service and have been very respective. The service is great. The waiting was delayed, however we were told about the delay by receptionist staff.

Have a concern relating to my loose dentin and approaching the dental department reception relating to my tooth concerns. I had a good chat with the receptionist and dentist and they diluted my anxiety - with their supportive and professional approach. Long may that continue.
