I attended an appointment, where I take annual leave, commuted 3.5 hours and waited 1.6 hours to be seen. It turned out there was an administrative ever and I had been booked with the wrong consultant!
This was despite my phone call to appointments switch board, querying the appointments as it was on a different day to usual. I was still told, this appt was usual, I was still told, this appt was with the right person. Please try to do simple admin tasks properly!

Very nice students. Treatment takes quite a bit longer. 50% of appointments started late. Two of them over 1 hour delayed start time, 3 out of 5 consultants were humerous.

Clean, modern waiting areas, toilets and clinic. Pleasant, friendly staff. Not too long to wait.
(However, making the appointment was a nightmare - terrible communication, extremely frustrating, one of worst hospitals experiences ever).

Dr A Jona was fantastic, he made me feel at ease and gave me information that allowed me to fully understand the reasons for my condition and how it could be treated. He is an asset to the NHS. He had two students with him who also made my experience a positive one.
The wait time is awful sadly I have had to twice day annual I come. I arrived at 9.30 am and I am leaving disappointed at this.

Really helpful and gave good advice thorough check up.
Very pleased
X-ray lady for guns really helpful and receptions very helpful.
