The care has always been exemplary but the clinic waiting times are unacceptable. I have been a patient for 10 years and every time I have to wait between 1 and 2 hours past my appointment time. I appreciate there can be emergencies but it can't be every time.
I work in a hospital and would suggest the clinics need to be reviewed. Perhaps less slots but longer slots. So patients are not sat waiting for 1-2 hours. Please review your clinic templates. It's not fair on your staff either as they are constantly being moaned at as well.

He was very kind and helpful. He explained everything thoroughly and clearly and answered all our questions. We were anxious but he reassured us and made us feel relaxed about the treatment and time it will take. He did not make us feel rushed. He was very good. Thank you!!
