I cannot find anything that wasn't excellent about my visit and care today.
The reception staff were very efficient and helpful.
I was seen very quickly. Everyone treated me with kindness and respect. Everything was explained and it was clear what was going to happen. The location was very clean and well set out.
As I said I cannot find any fault and would like to say a big "thank you" to all the staff who made my visit so pleasurable!

The service was fast but there needs to be more seating areas in the waiting room, because many people are having to stand and wait which in not really ideal.

Very clean and well organised.
Friendly staff from reception to medical staff.
Staff kept us informed regarding what they plan to do and explained what was being done.
The team deciding next steps showed genuine concern and clearly mapped out care package.
