I came the wrong date (one day early) but the staff were wonderful and still able to see me. The receptionist was thoughtful and never made me feel at ease. There is absolutely nothing to be done to make an improvement.
Great as it is.

I waited two hours to be seen, whilst other patients were seen before me because I was a new patient!

It wasn't the best but it was okay.
The worst bit was the waiting first we waited to be called and second the doctor had to go and talk with another doctor.
Appointment was at 10:00 and doctor left us for over an hour. We are still waiting and it is 12:30... 12:45 feel trapped here! and hungry and thirsty!
