The appointment time I waiting 45 minutes for my 4 year old son to be seen which is appointment set for 11:30 I even arrived at 11:18 because I din't want to be late. I was really upset for waiting that long, even people who came after me were seen by their dentist and left me waiting for my 11:30 appointment.
