Dr Phillip Taylor is excellent he has listened to my fears and concerns and has worked with me over the last 2 yrs repairing my teeth and confidence. His dental nurses are always extremely kind and now I am no longer afraid of the dentist. Thank you so much for all your care.

Friendly dentist, pleasant and caring showed sensitivity and empathy. (name = Shaf)
Very pleasant nurse = Raf.
Explained what he was doing - ie the dental work - before he did it gave good advice on tooth care.
He brought in the consultant for his expertise.
I feel I have had excellent dental care at the Royal London. Could not ask for better.
