I was listened to for the first time only because I showed my anger of having to wait over an hour to be seen and then be told I don't know why I was booked in as I was discharged!
You wait months for an appointment, treatment is only then done 7 months later. If a patient is in agony 7 months is a joke! Would prefer to see one consultant only.

-Excellent care and efficiency! Felt relaxed and secured by the professionalism of all staff.
-I was unsure whether the x-ray had change his gloves from previous patient.
-Possible patient being given copies of x-ray and reports. As patient travelling between Stratford and London Hosp. Information may get lost.
-Well done! I appreciate all the care and treatment offered to me.
