I have been here 4th time now to get my teeth taken out but still waiting for next appointment.
I have been referred by my dental practice for a reason. I had to wait each time 3 months minimum for appointment. How I hope will be seen next appointment to sort out these teeth.
Extremely unhappy because I have taken time off from work already this has cost me over 400 pounds plus.

Every single person I met was really lovely from receptionist to doctor to X-ray technician. Sandra on reception was especially helpful in correcting some errors on my forms when incorrect information had been given by my dentist even though it was a very busy clinic.

-Waiting time has decreased.
-Less waiting.
-More efficient.
-Better communication.
-For improvement there should be two destinations for booking in appointment and for people whom have seen and their future appointment.
-At the moment one desk is doing the both and therefore reporting time been delayed.
