The doctor was very nice, kind and explained everything clearly. She also asked other people/consultants for their opinions so I am reassured about the methods suggested to help my problem. My appointment time was 1:50 but I was only able to see a doctor around 2:40. Also, there was only one receptionist, will she be alright working alone?
