I called once to change the appointment, a lady was like not happy to help. Today the wait is too long but doctor gave time to examine me and explaining to be and was very kind. Nurses are clearly complaining to another service at this hospital, they are kind and helpful. X-ray department need improvement, young staff, still felt the pain over my nose, when they tried to take x-ray they heat me on the nose because she was teaching a boy how to do it but it is upsetting. Any way thanks for everything.
