All the staff from reception to clinicians were friendly and welcoming. The clinical staff explained the procedure clearly and thoroughly, invited questions, checked on my well being, and carried out the procedure deftly and efficiently with no discomfort to me. They checked afterwards that I was happy with it and explained the aftercare and support clearly. It couldn't have been improved.
