The care is really great at the time of appointments. The staff are friendly and explain everything. However, appointments are slow. I saw someone the beginning of July, I'm supposed have an opperation and I haven't been contacted to even go on the waiting list to have the opperation scheduled (it's now end of August). On another occasion, they forgot about me for 6 months. It's impossible to contact the person dealing with your case, there's no direct line and staff don't always respond to messages left. There needs to be a better system in place regarding appointments and communication. Something that could has taken a few months, has now been drawn out for over 2 years, it's exhughsting and gets you down.
