Negative: I had to wait approximately 4 months for the appointment, and this would have been dreadful if I had something serious like mouth cancer! This long wait would have been very traumatic for someone in this situation. Positive: I was seen relatively quickly, although I did have to wait approximately 15 minutes past my appointment time to be seen by someone, but I do understand that if appointments with patients take longer than expected then this will have an impact on the appointments that follow. I found the staff to be friendly and caring. They were patient and happy to answer all my questions. The staff were knowledgeable and were able to clearly answer all the questions that I posed. I was very impressed by this.
