All of the dentist and assistants have been brilliant - First class service - highly recommend. The admin side of thing has made this whole experience very stressful. Nobody seems to know what is going on! From the start it has been a shambles. I have never had a call back when promised and I have had to persevere and stomp my feet to get anything done!
