The Doctor was great had us in in time so we could get our little boys antibiotics before the chemist closed

The care from the nurses was fantastic they were friendly and helpful I did not feel ever left alone or in the dark. Both me and my baby could not have had better care and I am so grateful to everyone I saw during our stay! You are all amazing!

The gp we saw didn’t have a clue what he was talking about as he was trying to teach us wrong regarding my sons medication
He had a serious chip on his shoulder with regards to attitude definitely would not want to see him again !!!!

I think her name was Trish. she was lovely, I was so scared and ashamed and she made me feel like I hadn't done anything wrong. she listened to me, patched me up, gave me dressings and told me how to look after it, and also let me get rid of my stuff. she was so helpful and made me feel so safe. thank you so much

The doctor I see was very dismissive, spoke over me and did not listen to my Symptoms just basically said it was expected due to surgery

Both reception and nursing staff were very friendly . It’s a unit that must remain and definitely takes the load off the JR emergency unit.
