We were seen quickly, but.sent away to call 111 which we did whilst in the car park and an ambulance was dispatched to the hospital car park as symptoms similar to that of a stroke. Thankfully no stroke.

Efficient referral service from minor injuries to clinic appt

The doctor didn’t seem to know why I was there as there was ‘nothing more he could do’
I wasn’t safety netted and short of going to A&E if worsening I’m unclear on how to aid healing

That it was available without an appointment. Although, I had called 111 and they sent me to Abingdon from Bicester. Even though I ask if there was anywhere in Bicester. On arrival in Abingdon was told I should have gone to Bicester first aid clinic but I wasn't told this was an option by 111.

Everything but worse bit was 2 hour wait but we are privileged to have such an efficient friendly service in Abingdon.
