Short waiting time. Reception welcoming and informative. Excellent treatment - very professional.

Suggested improvements
Signage to Minor Injuries could have been clearer. Also where to park for Minor Injuries - initially parked in the wrong car park and had to ask someone in the surgery where I should park. Once I’d parked, I couldn’t see signs to Minor Injuries and again I had to ask.

Suggested improvements
To liaise with local GPs and have, clear, standardised information for patients requesting X-rays. I contacted my GP as I had a suspected bone fracture and was told to go to Abingdon hospital for x-ray. On arrival I was told I could not be seen as I did not have a referral. What a waste of my time, petrol and well-being. Please get your act together with GPs; X-ray and A&E departments so that clarity is given to all patients and communicated to population of the steps required to enable fast access to X-rays when required.
