The temperature is very up and down it would be better if it was controlled and managed onsite.
My therapy sessions have benefited me and I hope to be going home soon.
The food varies but mostly over cooked veg and sometimes the meat is chewy. The sandwiches are nice.
The staff have been very good and kind.

I have enjoyed my stay here it wasn’t as daunting as I thought. At first I was worried due to previous bad experiences. The staff are lovely.
Suggested improvements
The heating should be controlled on the ward not from estates. Quite often the temperature is uncomfortable.
The food isn’t very nice, and overcooked. Could benefit from being fresher and more options available.ie salads quiche

Staff as everyone so caring and considerate, physios etc willing to encourage. Couldn’t have had better treatment, lucky to be here

An improvement in answering bed call bells, . The heating on the unit needs addressing, it’s either very very hot or very very cold.
