On the one hand some of the staff were very good, others not so good. This could be due to the pressures of the job.

As I am not the one working here I’m not in a position to answer.

It’s so very good here, it’s clean and tidy, the staff all work so hard I don’t think good is enough it has been amazing.

Generally everything has been very good I have been happy with my stay here.
