Overall, it was good. Yet I didn’t have enough time to ask questions also because I was too nervous about the child condition and forgot to ask more details.

We had an appointment which was extremely lucky and helpful as the the waiting room was full of people when we arrived, as such we only had a 15 minute wait. The staff were friendly, informative and thorough. I would definitely recommend the department.

I don't think there is anything you could've done to make our experience a more positive one.

Communication with the dr, explanations and getting in touch with specialists there & then for us to see if our baby needed to be seen that day, also put a referral request in to our GP.

The Care my baby recieved was flawless, my only critic is waiting times appointment was given at 8:20pm and we didn't get seen until 8:50ish.. we wasn't told there is any delays so that was a little frustrating.

Dr Ivaneta Sherwood was kind and clear and attentive to our daughter

Clearer indications of waiting times we waited 30 min more than expected and with small kids it is a harder exercise to have

All so kind and nothings too much trouble and everyone’s always got a smile. Your all lovely. It makes such a difference if your cheerful and happy were cheerful and happy

Absolutely not, foods lovely and it’s all so clean it’s a beautiful place and we’re lucky to have you all

Very attentive, very caring, friendly, nothings ever too much trouble, everyone’s a knight in shining armour and I couldn’t ever ask for anything. Chose the worst job on the planet to do and you all do it with smiles and patience. I will forever be so grateful for everyone’s time and effort.
