Not much, honestly. I wish I could say otherwise, but it really wasn’t good.

Consistency between NHS 111 advice/ GP advice and the minor injuries unit. I would never have attended had the advice been accurate and had someone taken 2 mins to see me properly when I arrived at Abingdon. The medical staff member I saw was clearly overstretched and stressed. She was not rude but she did belittle me and left me feeling stupid - even though I explained the advice stated on NHS website.

Excellent service…. Busy as always but was fine waiting. Not sure how but it would be good to communicate waiting times as I noticed some people getting frustrated with not knowing.

The staff were caring and informative

Only the waiting time, I was waiting for over 3 hours but I do understand this is out of your control

Enough choice on the menu as a vegetarian which was beneficial. The nurses were helpful and answered my bell quickly. I felt my requests for pain relief were treated promptly.

I felt I had to ask every step of the way how I was progressing or why I was still in such pain without it being explained to me . I am overall very grateful however for my care.
