Staff were lovely, friendly, helpful, thorough, articulate, compassionate, respectful, caring. Everything was as expected from a very busy unit. Very grateful that I was seen in a reasonable time considering the amount of public there at the time, thank you.

The care itself was excellent, though I guess more staff to deal with amount of public attending - always a difficult thing to balance…
