The staff were very helpful.
Suggested improvements
The food was not very good, not enough choice.
It can be very noisy at night, sometimes other patients and sometimes staff banging doors and cupboards.

The nurse was very professional, explained what she was doing, checked my records to find out the relevant information. I felt reassured that I had done the right thing. The nurse was kind and supportive. Although, I’d had a bad experience with my accident I felt this was turned around by the caring and helpful attitude of the nurse. I left feeling like I would recover ok and had nothing to worry about. Thank you Marcham Road Hospital and staff.

The understanding and kindness of staff.

I feel the daily timetable is wrong. I have to wash and dress before using a bedpan. I would rather use the bedpan first, then have my breakfast, then get washed and dressed.
The lights are left on in the evening to late.

The staff are very nice and friendly.
Having a timetable so I know what is going on in the day.
Suggested improvements
Therapy could be tailored to ward the individual more. For instance taking into account some ones age. The majority of the therapy seems to be tailored toward the older patient, and not someone of my age who is younger.

Sometimes it was difficult to pick up the words spoken by some of the staff, there are a lot of dialects.
