We entered the department at 10am and were seen promptly, all of the staff were friendly and polite. Sally the nurse who dealt with my son was particularly lovely, thorough and explained everything extremely well.

The doctor was helpful.

Said there was testicular pain and was shrigged of and if it was a twisted testicle it would have died in 6hrs i wasnt seen until the following morning and even then i had to wait over half an hour over my appointment time before i was seen
