Minimal assessment was given
Had spoken with 111 - the info given to them could have avoided going for an appointment - advice would have been enough. Was given appointment time by 111 but when I arrived at minor injuries was told the appointment time meant nothing, just went to the back of the queue

Seen efficiently and quickly considering the amount of people waiting. Friendly staff. Informative staff member who went to seek advice from a senior to clarify her advice which is good to know that if unsure they seek another opinion despite the volume of people and waiting time.
Suggested improvements
More seats in the waiting area and fans/air conditioning as it was extremely hot.
