I have a good relationship with all the staff, having a tv in the bay os good to pass the time of day, and I made friends with other patients and loved going outside.

Most staff have been pleasant and helpful
Well organized within limitations
My bed is comfortable.

More sessions with therapy staff, Getting washed and dresses before first session, and so I am ready for the session.

The therapy was very good

Food not great, not enough choice, I have to have food brought in.
It is very noisy in the morning when staff are changing over.
Lack of communication regarding the food policy of the ward, and changing decisions from different members of staff.

The staff have been nice, my visitors have been able to join my sessions, I have made friends with the other patients.I enjoyed using the bike every day
I slept well.
Suggested improvements
More variety needed at lunch, lunch menu to be done later, 9.00 am is too early.

My child received excellent care. We waited to be seen but I fully understand and expect to wait. The nurses were excellent. They were kind and dealt with my son in a reassuring way. I felt informed at all times and we were quickly referred onwards. Thank you Abingdon Minor Injuries.

The practitioner Neil was professional, kind, thorough and incredibly knowledgeable. I was given good information on how to self refer to physio if i need it. The place was clean. I witnessed the other patients being treated with respect and compassion too. A lovely place to go if you need this service.

In general it was a good experience in all ways

X ray centre had closed early, fortunately they decided I didnt need one.
Waiting time was about 2.5 hours, but there were a lot of people waiting so that couldnt be helped. In an idea world it would be shorter but that's not the fault of the people who are there.
