Used minor injuries at Abingdon. Great to be able to access appropriate care locally.
Receptionist was polite and knowledgeable about the service. Wait time clearly displayed. Nurse practitioner gave good care and advice.

The whole team were great and really helped me out.
Suggested improvements
I was referred to the Trauma Unit at the JR as I needed an ultrasound. When I got to the JR a few days later I waited three hours to be seen, then to told I needed an ultrasound. That was booked for four days later. Seems a waste of my time and NHS resources being triaged twice.
