I was processed efficiently and had a reasonable waiting time. The nurse was very thorough and gentle in dressing my wounds and gave me advice on what to do next and timescales.

Communication and support, as this was my 1st visit with small child , they were very good with her as well so not bad experience for her to visit this kind of place.

No related to care, car park should be paid on way out instead of ticket every so 2/3hours

On arrival we were allowed to wait in the car due to my daughters anxiety. We were kept informed if wait times and were seen promptly within 2 hours. Staff were kind and professional. My daughters fears were addressed and reassured.
