Everything was good about this unit. Friendly staff, efficient, caring, cheerful atmosphere. We felt cared for in a pressure situation. We need more of these wonderful units around the country. A wonderful facility NHS, please keep this unit open!

Every one was kind and kept you informed in everything they do. I found they treated me with respect & care. Staff & Doctors explained. I would recommend it very highly.

Everything! The attention given immediately when coming into the ward. The Nurses are all approachable. All staff appear to know their jobs & get on with it. The atmosphere, professional, relaxed & friendly. Doctors are visible & on hand, very reassuring. Hand washing could be improved.
