High quality personnel care staff. Kept totally informed throughout assessment. Very thorough investigation. The dept is run to a high degree of efficiency. Difficult to see any improvements.

Staff are all extremely kind, and welcoming. A fab unit, this is the third time we have been here and each visit has been of a very high standard. Today we had a lovely nurse called Cala. Doctors took time to explain everything really clearly.

Where do I start? The whole set off was remarkably good. The attention to detail, the approach to patients, the explanation of procedures, the techniques used - etc, etc - it was all beyond reproach. If only my waiting was better - sorry about it!
