Everyone was attentive and good humoured.
Reassuring. Answered questions.
Cups of tea and food offered - which is really good when you are in hospital for a few hours.

Really efficient service from a blood test and the infusion of potassium. Very nice, caring staff for whom nothing seemed too much trouble. We were very impressed.
